Brandy Gray - Vice President & Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Leads operations and handles all driver and customer complaints, refunds, and resolutions

Graduated Valedictorian with the highest GPA of her class, majored in English; Studied Child psychology. Scenic Artist and owner of, "Creative Painting Murals and More" since 2006.
Loving wife and mother of 6.

Kathleen Commerford - Operations & Dispatch Manager

Manages weekday dispatch, trip pricing, driver coordination, and complaint resolution. Second-in-command to Brandy.

Has been Managing Loyal Transportation for 5 years as a valued asset, Kathleen is hard-working, Extremely customer oriented and dedicated to making Loyal your go-to rideshare company.

Logan Gray - Accounting Manager

Collects weekly cashouts from drivers and maintains detailed income records.

Katelynn Hagarty – Payroll & Reporting Specialist

Prepares driver statements, weekly reporting, and supports tax filing.

Skye Lafrance – Complaints & Marketing Manager

Tracks customer complaints, logs recurring driver issues, manages marketing ads, and updates the website.

David Sider-La France - Hiring Manager & Weekend Dispatcher

Responsible for hiring and onboarding new drivers, and oversees weekend dispatch operations.

Born and raised in the Niagara Region. Studied Political Science with a concentration on Public Law at Brock University, and minored in Physics and Languages.

Gavin Hill – Weekend Operations Coordinator

Oversees weekend dispatch and driver coordination to ensure smooth operations.

Melody Gray - Licensing & Regulatory Reporting Coordinator 

Prepares monthly trip reports for Niagara Region and manages the Driver of the Month award.

Kaiden Hill – Canvasser

Distributes cards and correspondence to mailboxes as part of outreach and communication efforts.
