The nature centre serves as the main access point to the Niagara Glen, a protected nature reserve known for its scenic hiking trails, ancient rock formations, and rare Carolinian forest ecosystem. Visitors can explore over 4 kilometres of rugged trails, enjoy guided hiking tours, learn about local geology and wildlife through educational exhibits, and purchase bouldering permits for the area’s famous climbing spots. The trails feature steep stairways and rugged terrain, providing spectacular views of the gorge and rapids below. The centre also offers refreshments, souvenirs, washrooms, parking ($8/Hour), and Indigenous audio tours that highlight the cultural and natural history of the Niagara region.
